Blogging Break for the Holidays

Today will be my last post for 2015. I’ve actually never taken a blogging break before. I’m not really sure why, but I’ve written through everything, even Christmas holidays and family vacations.

Blogging Break for the Holidays

This year though, I feel the need to take this ten-day break. I have a lot that I want to do over the next little while. Spend time with the family, clean the house, get things organized, make a scrapbook with the kids, go out and see the lights as well as some blogging preparation. I’d like to do an outline for my blogging editorial calendar and get things organized and up-to-date for SABN in the new year.

Yes, I want to do a lot and realistically I’m not going to be able to get to the whole list. However, I will be able to make a dent in the list and I really want to start off the year off on the right foot and be prepared for a successful new year.

In the past, not blogging for ten days, would have given me some anxiety, but not this year. Thanks to an awesome planning session with a couple of my favourite bloggers, I have my priorities in order for 2016 and I know exactly what I need to do. I just want to take these last few days of the year to get everything organized so that I can execute my plan.

You’ll still see my on FB and Instagram as I’m doing my #100HappyDaysMJ challenge, but no blog posts after this one until we hit 2016.

What are you planning on doing for the last couple of weeks of 2015?
