– English Muffin (split in two)
– Pizza Sauce (or you can use pasta sauce, just sprinkle a little basil on top)
– Grated Cheese
– Your favourite toppings: mushrooms, spinach, pineapple, green & red peppers.pre-cooked sausage, chicken or beef (the choices are really endless)

Instructions for English Muffin Pizza:

1. Spread your pizza sauce on both english muffins
2. Sprinkle on your favourite toppings
3. Then finish up with a generous serving of grated cheese on top
4. Then microwave it or if you’re at home, put in in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted

  1. Yes! I totally love this idea! In fact this quick meal is one of the lunches that my 9yo son requests often. And he has learned how to make it himself, so we try to keep the ingredients in the kitchen at all times!

  2. Oh yes, I used to do something like this when I was a teen and hungry for a quick snack. I would run the assembled English Muffin pizza under the broiler in my gas stove for a quick, hot and delicious meal (no microwaves in that day).
