Weekly Meal #72

This week, I am doing a clean eating challenge with one of my friends. It requires really specific ingredients and recipes. For the weekly meal plan, I’ll be making super simple dinner recipes for the rest of the family, just so I won’t be spending my entire day cooking! Here’s the link to the clean-eating plan if you’re interested in trying it out. 

Monday – English Muffin Pizza’s with sautéed snap peas

Tuesday – One-Pot Mac n’ Cheese with veggies and dip

Wednesday – Seasoned Tilapia with steamed broccoli

Thursday – Ground Beef Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with cucumber slices

Friday – Banana Chocolate Chip Waffles, with chicken bacon and fruit salad

Saturday – Salt & Pepper Shrimp with a green salad

Sunday – Dinner with family
