Meal Plan {Dec 15-21, 2014}

With this being the last week of school before the break, there is lots happening. Kyah has her preschool Christmas party and also a baked goodies exchange. Keyan has his Christmas concert, a sleep-over at his school and we are hosting a party. Basically this means that I need to have my act together to make sure we all eat properly this week so I have my meal plan ready! Hopefully it’ll give you some ideas as well. 

Meal Plan Dec 1514 feature

Monday – Dinner at my mom’s house

Tuesday – Parmesan Baked Chicken Nuggets with edamame 

Wednesday – Baked Honey Cod with yam fries

Thursday – Chicken Fried Rice (might replace the chicken with shrimp)

Friday – Tandoori Chicken with cilantro rice and asparagus

Saturday – leftovers or take-out

Sunday – Dinner at my mother-in-laws house.

    You are such an organized person. How do you do it all? This is a very busy time of the year for you. I like your meal plan. Good thing you will be able to take a break on the weekend and eat some leftovers plus take advantage of having dinner over with the in-laws. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Save some Baked Honey Cod for me! I haven’t had cod in a long time. I used to eat it a lot when I lived in Nova Scotia. Yum. You family is so lucky to have such an organized meal planner. 🙂

  3. I’m going to try this tandoori chicken recipe! Love taking a look at your meal plans! We’ve been doing meal plans since we got married (11 years now!) and I wouldn’t know how to get through our week without one, especially with kids! We’re always looking for new recipes to throw into the mix – thanks for the ideas 🙂
