I’m trying to get back into regular meal planning now that the hubby is back with us. I find it a lot easier to meal plan because then I can grocery shop ahead of time and have all the ingredients on hand. I don’t like figuring out what to make for dinner at the last minute so this works best.
Here is this week’s plan:
Mon: Dinner at my mom’s place with the kids
Tues: Sausage Corn Chowder and carrot sticks
Wed: Chicken and Mushroom Pizza with snap peas
Thurs: Lemon Garlic Chicken, yam fries and cucumber slices
Fri: Ground beef and vegetable pasta with celery and dip
Sat: Baked fish with marinade, baked potato coins and steamed broccoli
