I’m excited for two reasons today. First, I will finally be sharing this amazing Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins recipe. Secondly, I am debuting my first video blog or vlog!
This is a delicious recipe that’s simple enough that you can even get the kid’s to help you out. So without any further adieu, here’s my vlog. (At the end there’s a fun little surprise!)
The original recipe comes from www.catcancook.com. I’ve made some adjustments to suit what our family likes. And actually, before having kids I only used all-purpose four. I added the whole wheat flour to make me feel like I was making the muffins healthier for the kids.
If you didn’t get a chance to write down the ingredients, here they are:
3.5-4 large bananas
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
¼ cup whole wheat flout
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
