I love guacamole! It’s tastes great as a dip, with nachos, in tacos, fajitas and even on a burger. It’s also good for you. I’ve been making this guacamole for many years and it never fails to be a hit at parties and I always get recipe requests. So thought I should put it up here for you all to try and enjoy.
3 ripe avocados
1/2 tsp salt
2 roma tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped
1/2 small onion, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsps chopped cilatro
pinch of cayenne pepper
1. Slice the avocados in half, pit them and scoop them out into a bowl. Mash them up with a fork.
2. Add in the salt and the juice from one lime and mix well.
Then you can enjoy the yumminess right away with tortilla chips or refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
