Breakfast is an important meal in our house. The kids need it to get off to a good start to their day and be energized for school. I need it because I exercise early in the morning before everyone wakes up and I need to refuel after my workout. But some mornings it’s a struggle making a a good breakfast and getting all the other things ready before heading off to school. Sometimes for myself, I’ll just make a smoothie but I’ll still need something else.
