It’s been ten days and for some reason, I still can’t shake this bug that I have. But life doesn’t stop when you’re sick and neither does 3 Things Thursday. So here are the three things that I want to share this week. And then you get a turn too!
1. Happy New Year & Abs
I’m a big fan of Bollywood films and the next one I want to watch is Happy New Year starring the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. The storyline looks entertaining, the songs fun and check out these abs (I couldn’t resist sharing a photo.)
2. Enjoying the Winter Weather
Winters in Vancouver are usually rainy more than they are snowy. This year, we’ve had some rain, but really, we have been so lucky and been having some great temperatures and wonderfully sunny days. For example, this picture was taken yesterday afternoon when my three-year old and I were outside in light jackets and chalk drawing. Fingers crossed that this is a sign of early spring!
3. Marvelous Muffins
Yesterday, I some how ended up with four overripe bananas in my fruit basket. Usually I have a list of go-to overripe banana recipes but yesterday I decide to make my Gluten-Free Banana Muffins Recipe since the hubby can’t eat wheat. And omg, they turned out so delicious!! Even the kids inhaled them at breakfast. I actually didn’t have enough gluten-free flour so I substituted with 1/2 a cup of organic coconut flour and added an extra egg. They turned out even better than the original recipe. I would recommend trying them if you’re in the mood for a delicious muffin.
