Breakfast is toted as the most important meal of the day. Yet, it is often missed or we get stuck in a breakfast rut. This Breakfast Sundae is a healthy, yummy breakfast that your kids will love putting together and more importantly, they’ll love eating it!
1. Cut up strawberries, bananas and blueberries (you can use any fruit you have on hand.)
4. Yogurt (fruit or plain)
Add the toppings that you like to your bowl of yogurt and eat. That’s how easy it is. This is also a really fun breakfast to get your kids involved in preparing food. Let them make their own Breakfast Sundae and they’ll enjoy eating it even more.
The great thing about Breakfast Sundae’s are that you can change the ingredients each time you make them and add whatever you have on hand or whatever your family likes to eat and it’s delicious every time!
