For me it is definitely leggings or joggers, I don’t wear jeans very often.
However, I will be pulling on jeans on Thursday May 3 which is Jeans Day in support of BC Children’s Hospital. 
If you want to support @bcchf as well, you can buy a Jeans Day Button or Pin from @saveonfoods @londondrugs & other retailers and all the funds go to BC Children’s Hospital. 
Now I think that’s a great reason to put on jeans, don’t you? #JeanUp

  • I’m always up for trying a new superfood and the latest one I’ve tried is Moringa from @official.greeniche.
Even though it’s been around for a long time, found in the Himalayas, it’s only recently become popular.
The #moringapowder I tried actually looks like matcha but it is very different! 
One serving of Moringa has 29 grams of protein, it has a ton of fibre and iron and it’s good for your skin and hair.

For next week I thought we could try something different. What’s one thing you really want to do or make time for, but just haven’t been able to?
For me it’s yoga. It’s something I want to include in my life on a regular basis, for both my mind & my body, but I can’t seem to commit. 
So next week I’m committing to go to one yoga class, and then hopefully continue.
