I didn’t get around to making a meal plan for the last few weeks and it led to quite a few nights of scrambling around for dinner ideas! So this week I am back at it.

Friday – Vegetarian thai peanut noodles
Saturday – Homemade hamburger helper and a green salad
Sunday – Dinner out with family.
