I hope everyone had a good long weekend! Now it’s back to school and back to schedules for us. It’s a short week, but we are still making a meal plan to help with diner time. I’m also adding a new feature to this weekly post, one snack recipe that we will make to help tide us over for the week for after school and during those snack emergencies. I hope you find it helpful too.
Monday – Labour Day (fly by the seat of our pants meal)
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli with rice
Wednesday – Seasoned Tilapia with sautéed brussels sprouts
Thursday – One Pot Tandoori Quinoa
Friday – Honey Sesame Chicken Skewers with steamed rice and broccoli
Saturday – Chicken Akni with carrot pickle and sliced cucumbers
Sunday – leftovers
Weekly Snack – No Bake Granola Balls
