This week’s meal plan will be a little shorter than usual because Monday is a holiday and it is our wedding anniversary so I don’t plan on cooking. And then Friday is Kyah’s 2nd birthday, so all the grandparents are coming over and we will just have pizza, veggies and cupcakes.
Here is rest of the week though:
Tuesday: Homemade baked fish sticks, yam fries and asparagus
Wednesday: Dinner at my mom’s
Thursday: Ukni, a dish made of rice, chicken and potatoes. It’s so yummy and I’m really going to try and make it this week so I can post the recipe for you guys to try.
Friday: Kyah’s Birthday!!!
Saturday: Homemade Mac N’ Cheese with Chicken and steamed edemame on the side
Sunday: Dinner at the in-laws
