It’s been over a year since I made the decision to go back to school to get my personal training certification. And honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I am so happy with this new career path, and I love every part of it. What I enjoy the most is sharing with all of you and helping you on your journey to health and wellness. Enter: Workout with Salma.
As a personal trainer, there is a limit to how many people I can train in person, one-on-one. That is why, I am launching an online training program called, Workout with Salma, so I can reach and make a difference in more peoples lives, with a fun, challenging and accessible workout program.
Workout with Salma starts in January and you will be able to find out more when it launches in December. Workout with Salma is a monthly strength training program. The program has three workouts a week. There is a gym workout as well as a modified at-home program. You will get both versions to use.
Each program has links to demos of each exercise to assist you. There is also a private Workout with Salma FB group, for daily support, tips and answers to any questions you may have.
Once you have have signed up for the program, it will be a monthly fee, (to be shared at the launch,) and you are free to cancel at anytime.
