WednesdayOne Pot Beef and Cheese Macaroni with celery sticks

Thursday – Breakfast for Dinner – Banana Chocolate Chip Waffles and Scrambled eggs

FridayHoney Baked Marinated Cod with steamed broccoli

Saturday – Dinner with family

Sunday – We’ve invite friends over so I’m making Lemon Garlic Chicken, brussels sprouts and yam fries.

  1. Back in the 70s, other women in my town made lemon garlic chicken for a feast at the local meeting hall. We all pitched in together working as a team for the Women’s Institute. I loved the experience and the meal for 100 people turned out well.

    OMG, your menu is making me hungry!

    I usually make my menu out for the week on a Thursday because that’s pay day and it’s easier to make out the meal plan from Thurs-Thurs… Sounds crazy, but it’s true.

    This week’s meal plan is shot… we ventured off of it and ordered out, which is never a good idea, but my husband’s work hours stink!

    This coming week, I hope to have a better meal plan created, but if not, could I come to your house? 🙂
