Meal Plan – Jan 19-25, 2015

Meal Planning Time! It used to be a chore trying to figure out what we were going to eat for dinner but with the help of Pinterest, I am really enjoying put these meal plans together and then sharing them with you. Here’s what’s on the menu this week.

Meal plan Jan 19-25

Monday – I’m thinking breakfast for dinner! Waffles and scrambled eggs.

Tuesday – Baked Honey Garlic Chicken with basmati rice and sautéed snap peas

Wednesday – Thai chicken Pizza with celery and dip

Thursday – Hoisin Shrimp with noodles and brussels sprouts

Friday – Take out from one of our favourite places – The Kebob House. Their Beef Koobideh is amazing!

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Dinner at my MIL’s

  1. I’m really excited about trying the baked honey garlic chicken! That was my favorite from the list, but I like how you incorporated a day of take out, dinner with the fam, and a day of leftovers too. I’m not the best at meal planning, but this gives me a lot of ideas to try!

  2. Just love your menu for the week – I did save the shrimp recipe – we were just talking about getting shrimp for a meal and I was wondering about a fun recipe – and there you were – thank you 🙂
